Lecidavit Immune Complex granulate is a premium nutraceutical containing lecithin, vitamins, omega-3 fatty and amino acids, minerals, and other bioactive components for immune and intestinal support.
One measuring spoon of LECIDAVIT IMMUNE COMPLEX contains 3 g of soy lecithin, B2, B3, B7, C, and D vitamins, omega-3 fish oils, glutamine, zinc, collagen from the edible Mediterranean sponge, Chondrosia reniformis, and other vital nutrients.
Suggested use: Adults take one measuring spoon twice daily with ample fluids at least one hour before or two hours after a meal. The recommended daily dose is equivalent to 2712 mg of phospholipids or 903 mg of phosphatidylcholine, 938 mg glutamine, 188 mg bentonite, 113 mg fish oils, 94 mg (117% RDI*) vitamins C (ascorbic acid), 75 mg curcuma, 23 mg nutriose, 4 mg (23% RDI*) vitamins B3 (nicotinamide), 4 mg (40% RDI*) zinc, 900 µg (1800% RDI*) biotin (vitamin B7), 500 µg (36% RDI*) riboflavin (vitamin B2) and 1.2 µg (48IU**, 24% RDI*) vitamin D3 (cholecalciferole). *RDI = reference daily intake according to EU Ordinance 1169/2011, **IU = international units.
