SpongiSunflower Collagen-Lecithin Capsules is a premium nutraceutical containing sunflower-derived lecithin standardized to contain >90% phosphatidylcholine combined with Marine sponge collagen to optimize balance and wellbeing.

Suggested use: Adults take one capsule three times daily with ample fluids at least one hour before or two hours after a meal. The recommended daily dose is equivalent to approximately 750mg of phospholipids or 675mg of phosphatidylcholine, which are enterically coated with the acid-proof collagen of the edible sea sponge, Chondrosia reniformis.
