SpongiCol ECO Collagen-Lecithin Capsules is a premium nutraceutical containing soy-derived lecithin standardized to contain 30% phosphatidylcholine combined with Marine sponge collagen to optimize balance and wellbeing.

Suggested use: Adults take two capsules three times daily with ample fluids at least one hour before or two hours after a meal. The recommended daily dose is equivalent to approximately 3100mg of phospholipids or 960mg of phosphatidylcholine, which are enterically coated with the acid-proof collagen of the edible sea sponge, Chondrosia reniformis.
